Roles: Concept, Director, Editor.

 

Always having fun creating music videos together, Harrison (Evertide, or Harry) asked me if we could do one for his upcoming Lose Track of Time.

Wanting to visually represent the journey of the track, I listened to it with my eyes closed and pictured what I felt. Harrison liked my pitch of dancing colours and we ran with it.

​

With our friend Jamie, we had a good time dropping food colouring into milk and swirling it about (in future I'd try a vegan alternative, but it was good value for money), everyone chipping in ideas.

As the track evolved with Producer Ciaran, Harrison and I adapted the visuals in the edit. We experimented a lot with pacing and effects until we had something we were both happy with.

Whenever we watch it back now, it reminds us of the good time we had, start to finish.
